Anemia is a criminal

When Anemia comes around the property value of your life goes down due to the criminal nature of this cruel disorder. You work and work and work to make yourself looking good then this fool comes around messing everything up and you have to spend the whole day getting things back in order.  Part of my reason for picking the Valentine Run in Portland involved the Fanconi Anemia Foundation that it supported.  I like feeling strong and like I can do things but instead I feel like this weak and powerless person that struggles. 

Other crazy things my hands and for arms ache most all day long and the pain varies but it is always present.  I am out of shape and everyone knows that but none more than myself but I am super sad because I have needed time to recover from life. Anyway I am doing okay I am just annoyed at my medical problems today.  

Strange season

I am excited and feeling completely off center this season because of all of the things that have transpired.  Once I again I have forgotten to take my iron supplements for about a week and I am lacking all energy needed to feel like I can get through my day.  What is strange about this is that I still went on my training walk for my 5K run today and that was all I had to give for the day.  This made me feel good because it means that my dedication is winning over my anemia, cancer, weight, arthritis, and my own sloth monster.  I am keeping this short because I really tired.

Updating my life

 Hello everyone,

I have been extremely busy because I have been working on taking care of myself.  I have been visiting with several doctors this year and it has been a good thing for me.  Anemia is something my grandmother has and now so do I then there is my sleep apnea that is now finally being treated.  The big change is that I have a new cancer in my life and I’ve had surgery to remove my thyroid as treatment for that.  So I will be working on doing some updates for everyone and I will share more blog.
