My friend commented today on sitting in the rain and how it rejuvenating it can be. I recalled the many moments in my life when I was amid the pouring rain and how it filled my spirit. A good soak from the heavens fills you and discover how empty you might be. Peace is often hard to find and it slips away and you can be so busy that you don’t feel it leave. I do find that when I go for my swims I am emotionally more complete and water universally within me seems to heal. It is likely true that many people feel this way.
I have not been writing as much lately because I am on an adventure to find a new place to live. Wish me luck please and I will do my best to write as much as I can some new articles. I am working on one now about braids.
Good luck everyone.
I got up early and went to my swimming hole just to find it was all that I had hoped it would be. There was a surprize when swam laps for 30 mins and that was me being sore and tired. This was all the good sort of sore and tired and I actually have to correct that I was sore and energized and my body was tired but it also had energy to spare. So I will be going again tomorrow morning since I survived the first day.
While I rinsed a great deal after my swimmy time I still smelled of chlorine and my hair became statically charged. I am thinking I am going to want to cut my hair to better manage simming being in my life now. Anyone want to help me cut my hair?
Oh all this swimming is to build up my stamina on my 5K walks and to get my muscles working without killing my joints.
Yes I know I look tit-tastic but it’s a bathing suit and I can’t really help it. I am going to be starting my swim training to help with my stamina tomorrow morning and I am really looking forward to it.
Swimming has always been so much fun for me and I am eager to get back into it and build up my strength again.
Okay I got a new bathing suit today and it fits well and I really like the way it looks on me. Now I just want to look good in it. *awkward face* I am actually feeling very excited about this and I think I will start the day with a swim at the Tualatin Hills Aquatic Center.
